In our Mass Production Machining Department, we have an integrated production system ranging from raw materials to finished products, which is capable of producing parts for automobiles, building materials, and household appliances; metal stamping ranging from steel to nonferrous materials; the molding of plastic parts; and the assembly of finished parts, while promoting rationalization, automation, and standardization.
Tsubame Sanjo in Niigata Prefecture has long been well known as a district for handling difficult-to-process nonferrous and stainless steel materials. As a member of this community, Tsubamex has extensive experience in the stamping of stainless steel, and has accumulated significant technological expertise. At present, we design and machine automobile parts in highly complex shapes.

Tsubamex is capable of meeting a wide variety of customer needs, including the manufacture of plastic molds, mass production, and assembly of plastic parts. We have succeeded in insert molding, which is said to be very difficult because materials with different natures such as plastics and metals have to be molded together on an integral basis.

In contrast to nonferrous new materials, titanium alloy and magnesium alloy are now attracting worldwide attention. These are next-generation alloys, which are lighter in weight and stronger in strength compared with aluminum. Tsubamex promptly started to tackle such metals and worked in establishing our processing technology.
